Asian Pear Salad
Crisp, juicy Asian pears meet their perfect match in a vibrant Riesling, where the wine’s bright acidity and touch of sweetness enhance the fruit’s delicate crunch. Tossed with toasted almonds, peppery arugula, and a citrus-ginger vinaigrette, this salad sings alongside Riesling’s notes of ripe peach, honey, and zesty lime, creating a refreshingly balanced bite that lingers beautifully on the palate.
